We need a creative, entrepreneurial, and collaborative UX Strategist who’s passionate about understanding and implementing human behavior data and insights.

If you’re an energetic, creative doer who’s ready to make a manager-level move, we’ve got an open role for a UX Strategist at Deloitte’s Green Dot Agency.

What You’ll Do
Form a bridge between our UX Designers and business-focused teams to ensure that business goals and user needs always align
Facilitate cross-team and collaborative workshops to discuss and visualize what those perspectives look like in terms of the users’ and business’ goals
Identify and articulate high-impact research questions and opportunities that could help drive strategic design decisions
Synthesize user research and business data to help shape the product roadmap, designs, and future research activities
Review user stories to ensure objectives, goals, and requirements are clear and led by user research
Use storytelling to communicate high-level concepts and research insights in presentations, reports, and workshops
Evaluate and measure the outcome for design sprints to provide recommendations on how best to improve the overall product design and collaboration between the cross-functional team
Own sitemaps and navigational models and serve as the user advocate within integrated teams to ensure user experience aligns with a customer-centric approach
Clearly wireframe experiences to demonstrate how the user and business needs can be met through design
Create presentation decks for synthesizing insights and summarizing key points that bring a human-centered perspective to the business strategy
Assist in creating a Business Model Canvas to help the team better understand how the business and product(s) create, deliver, and capture value
Create Value Proposition Maps that illustrate the values and needs of the product user and business
Help create and maintain product roadmaps
Create Stakeholder Maps to better understand the relationships between users and the other people involved in their workflow
Collaborate as needed with external UX vendors

Qualifications

All candidates must submit a portfolio that demonstrates your range of experience and thinking, that showcases your process, deliverables, and roles on projects-from setting strategic direction through tactical implementation.
4-year Bachelor/University degree
5-7 years of practical experience with UX design, strategy, and research in the areas of:
User Research
User Interviews
User Personas
Empathy Maps
User Stories
User Journey
User Flow
IA
Content Mapping
Wireframing
Usability Testing
Prior experience working on a team of designers, strategists, and developers

Preferred Skills
Knowledge and experience in UI Design, Interaction Design, and Accessibility
